The Palm Beach Hotel Condominium Association is pleased to announce we have partnered with BookingCenter to make short-term renting of your Unit more efficient.
With this new free service being provided to all owners, you will simply log in to BookingCenter, complete your booking information, and when your guests arrive, they will simply provide their name and photo ID upon check-in. In addition, this new service will allow you, as the unit owner, to keep track of your guests and run various reports pertaining to your unit and rental history..
In addition, for a nominal charge paid directly to BookingCenter, owners will have access to BookingCenter’s Channel Manager’s Connect Program, which will simplify your bookings from various vacation rental websites by ‘syncing’ information from these sites (ie: AirBnB, Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) to the Palm Beach Hotel Condominium’s Front Desk. Your guests will go directly from booking online to checking in at the Palm Beach Hotel Condominium, without you having to be involved.
